




This splendid lamp handcrafted from mouth-blown is made in Murano using "murrine". The technique consisting of inserting polychrome glass rods or glass elements arranged in a mosaic pattern into a mass of transparent glass. Using this technique the artisans are able to create a predetermined decorative motif. The technique is used in Murano by the 19th century. The lamp is provided with a certificate of origin.
