This is Bernardo Bertolucci home. After his passing in November 2018 and the following unexpected loss of his wife, their home remained orphaned but always the same and alive, inhabited by them despite their physical absence. The home is the origin. It guards intimacy and memories, it protects the private and the affections, it is the creative fulcrum of the energy that drives us into the world outside and it is the world inside that welcomes us to regenerate and put things in perspective.
