The concept behind this exclusive sofa, part of the "ABV Collection", with a frame in satin nickel-finished metal was to bring a linear, minimalist design to its maximum potential. Activated by a knob placed at the back, a simple mechanism allows the two "wings" - the plush backrest and seat padded with polyurethane foam - to raise or recline to the desired posture. As desired by the designer Osvaldo Borsani, this mechanism is deliberately left exposed.
