Borosilicate glass, flame-worked (sand-blasted). These interior decor pieces pay modern tribute to Venice's mercantile legacy, symbolizing its historical trade in precious commodities between East and West. The long stems elegantly support vial-like ornaments with two distinct finishes (matte and sandblasted) adding depth. 100% handmade in Murano, Venice, showcasing original high-quality glass.

Vanessa Cavallaro

Vanessa Cavallaro learned the secrets of the glyptic glassmaking on the wheel as a child, visiting her family workshop. In 1993 she started her own workshop in Altare, in Liguria, collaborating with experienced craftsmen. In 2000, she was asked to participate at the 11th Decoration et Jardin exhibit in Monte Carlo, earning the status of international artist and designer.Discover more
