Secondome is a Design Gallery focused on contemporary designers and innovative projects worldwide. Founded by Claudia Pignatale in 2006, Secondome produces its own collection of furniture and objects working to launch experimental designers, artisans and master craftsmen. Its mission lies in highlighting both the high quality manufacture of the Made in Italy brand and the originality of products, emphasizing the tradition of Italian craftsmanship whilst breaking the mold of lifeless objets d’art.

Diana Solis

Diana Priscila Solis is an artist and designer residing and working in Florence, Italy. In 2018 she graduated from the Florence Academy of Art after having studied Art History at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Her training in both traditional drawing and painting, coupled with extensive knowledge of digital design, has allowed her to produce a versatile portfolio of multidisciplinary work. Her work has been showcased in various exhibitions and galleries, such as the 2018 and 2019 ARC Salons in MEAM Barcelona, the Drawing on The Masters Auction at Columbus Circle Time Warner Center, and a solo exhibition titled "Grottesche" with AFF Group.

Giuseppe Palmisano

Photographer Giuseppe Palmisano embarked on the “iosonopipo” project in 2012, seeking to explore the true essence of women, moving past the erotic symbols to arrive at the highest expression of nature. In 2019, Palmisano put “iosonopipo” on sale on eBay; Francesco R. acquired it before Mario Mondaini Studio took control of the archives three years later. Giuseppe Palmisano eventually decided to go back to his project as the new Art Director, seeking to investigate the cathartic nature of shots where encounters between people are frozen in time.

Sandro Lorenzini

Born in Savona in 1948, set designer and sculptor, Sandro Lorenzini chose the art of ceramics as his own means of expression, seeking from the beginning the large dimension and the direct relationship between the works and the spaces that host them. The large site-specific installations have constituted his most peculiar expressive dimension. The quality of the creations and the very high level of technical research have made him famous all over the world. He has exhibited in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, United States, amongst others.

Alberto La Tassa

Alberto La Tassa (Padova, 1986) is a painter who lives and works between Miami and Venice in Italy. His atelier is located in the heart of Venice behind Campo Santo Stefano, near the Accademia Bridge. He graduated from the Venice Academy of Fine Arts with honors. Andrea Morucchio

Andrea Morucchio (Venice 1967) began his photographic career in 1989. Since the end of the ’90s, he has expanded his own linguistic research – often based on considerations of a socio-political nature – in various directions, from sculpture to installation, from video to photography, and digital art. In his dazzling career, Morucchio has practiced the most diverse instruments and genres of contemporary artistic research, using the new media of visual communication in a prestigious way, adapting them each time to his own ideas and existential experiences.

Born near Perugia in the rolling Umbrian hills in 1980, Matteo Peducci has been drawn to sculpture since childhood. This natural pull turned into a reality when he received the highest honors at the Academy of Fine Arts of Carrara, Tuscany. Following graduation, he flew to Thailand where he was hired as the royal sculptor for the King of Thailand for more than three years. His return to Italy marks the birth of Affiliati, conceived as a space where the only code word is freedom, an open box for always new artistic languages to converge and thrive.

From humble beginnings in the world of wool trading to slowly growing to become an established cashmere brand under the leadership of Claudio’s son Paolo with his wife Tiziana, Masserano’s de luxe collections of handmade pure cashmere home accessories are appreciated worldwide. Currently in the hands of the third generation, Claudio and Cristina have expanded the brand by collaborating with renowned luxury fashion houses.

Delmondo Studio

Crafting luxury furniture infused with a young and innovative personality was artist Federica Del Mondo's goal before she ever decided to establish Delmondo Studio in 2020. A structural engineer by profession, she developed a brand-new technique incorporating glass and concrete manufacturing whereby glass is enriched with hand-applied motifs and lays against concrete-like supports, the contrasting textures enhancing its luminous flair. Each furniture piece is customizable and absolutely unrepeatable.

Since 1826, wherever there is a surface to be given value, there is Giovanni De Maio. The history of De Maio began two centuries ago in Salerno, when the progenitor Giovanni began his business activity with the processing of clay bricks. Since the 1950s, Giovanni De Maio has been a symbol of Vietri ceramics, with an entrepreneurial mindset in the creation of ceramic surfaces that aim for high-quality and customized technical and aesthetic performances. Research and culture of materials combine with technology and generate a value that set the company as a reference point in the industry.

Daniele Fortuna

Born in Milan, Daniele Fortuna is an artist and sculptor who has successfully combined Pop with classical forms, creating a bridge between past and present. His preferred material is wood painted with bright acrylic colors. From sculptures with classical subjects such as Venus and Zeus to sculptures with Pop subjects such as Batman and Mickey Mouse, Daniele Fortuna's best-known series include Colormination, Heads Will Roll, and Thologiny.

Artist Massimiliano Zaffino uses his paintings to explore naturalistic scenarios seen through a disorienting lens that echoes metaphysical and constructivist influences. After years of study at the Accademia Ligustica di Belle Arti in Genoa and the Art Institute of Chiavari, he explored hyperrealist photography and comics under the guidance of cartoonist Renzo Calegari. Elena Satta is a Milanese artist devoted to painting on porcelain for over thirty years. A journey that began as a student in her first year of high school, she spent years learning and perfecting third-fire painting techniques handed down for generations. She opened two workshops, one in the heart of Milan and the other in the peaceful Pavia countryside. Inspiration arises organically and spontaneously, in particular from the Sardinian coasts, her father’s homeland. She organizes seminars and training courses for aspiring artists.

Sergio Mechini and his wife Grazia Dei started Mechini in 1970 after several years of working for a leading lamp manufacturer. Soon their company grew, participating in prestigious trade fairs such as EUROLUCE in Milan, “Maison et Objet” in Paris, and “Light and Building” in Frankfurt. In the early 1990s, their sons Andrea and Sabrina joined the family business and expanded it to earn it a leading role in the international luxury lighting sector. South Korea, Qatar, China, California, and Florida are among the company’s major markets.
