Garfish Sideboard by Sergio Fiorentino

An aluminum cabinet with bronze needlefish inserts made through the lost wax technique. Inspired by Fiorentino's pictorial series of dreamers with fishes. As for the other Fiorentino furniture pieces and sculptures, the object is in itself a secret, which when found opens the sideboard and brings out the blue. In each piece, a different garfish opens the secret compartment within the sideboard.
