Origami Stripes Coffee Table II by Patricia Urquiola

Marble is used like paper to create Origami tables inspired by the Japanese art of origami: the strips of polychrome marbles used for the top are bent 90°, so that they also become the table’s vertical support in a graphic game of continuity, lines and colours. The result is a striking piece of functional decor that will give a boast of color to a living room. The precious stones are combined together in this design by Patricia Urquiola to create a delicate color palette that will complement any decor, particularly contemporary.
