Kristin, an American artist, and Andrea, an Italian carpenter and farmer, are the husband-and-wife duo and soul behind Olivewood, a brand specialized in designing made-to-measure tables and furnishings in olive wood. Crafted in the Salento countryside, their cutting boards —made with wood between 5 and 10 years old, measuring an inch thick —are coated with a mixture of beeswax and vegetable oil that seals the wood for a water-resistant finish.
