After founding his eponymous studio in 2001, Hayon has designed countless pieces of furniture and home accessories, interiors and artworks, always keen on exploring new expressive forms, while maintaining a deep respect for artisan skills, finely crafted details and a passion for play. Thanks to his extraordinary approach to design Hayon has worked on artistic decorative pieces for NodusAfghan Folklore Rug was made in collaboration with artisans from Afghanistan, exploring the folklore of the culture through the medium of tapestry. He used the same open view to design Japanese Folklore Rug, approaching the oldest traditions and knowledge in the art of carpet design. Sharp details and a joyful imagery characterize these pieces that find their essence in the art universe.
